This address is used for administrative correspondence only. It is not a campus, instructional site, admissions office, or student services location.
There is no campus to visit.ACLAS operates entirely online. All programs, assessments and student services are delivered remotely, and the college publishes no teaching-campus address.

What to expect when you get in touch.
How quickly will I get a reply?
ACLAS does not publish a response-time commitment. Enquiries are handled by email, and the college states that it currently has limited resources and cannot staff dedicated customer service representatives.
Can I call instead of emailing?
There are two published telephone numbers, but ACLAS states that calls are routed to a recorded voice message service rather than a live agent. Email is the more reliable route.

I am already a student. Where do I go?
Existing students should log in to the campus at aclas.college, where courses, certificates, transcripts and support requests are handled. Student support is also reachable at connect@aclas.college.
How do I verify a certificate?
Use the free public certificate verification lookup, which accepts a certificate ID. Employers and agencies usually also want Qualification Check (UK) or an IECC report.
